Maersk Drilling A/S (“Maersk Drilling”) and Seapulse Ltd. (“Seapulse”) have signed a Master Alliance Agreement (“MAA”) under which Maersk Drilling will provide fully integrated services, including provision of drilling rigs, related drilling services, well services, and other goods and services, for a global offshore oil & gas exploration drilling program of 12 wells.

Equinor and Global Petro Storage (GPS) have entered into a long-term agreement for a terminal and storage for LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) volumes in Port Klang in Malaysia. GPS will build a new facility to execute this agreement with startup of operations planned for mid-2021.

NOV and Schlumberger have been awarded corporate frame agreements for global deliveries of wired drill pipes to Equinor. Both suppliers use solutions from IntelliServ, which is owned by NOV and Schlumberger.

BP, on behalf of co-venturers Shell, Chevron and ConocoPhillips, has announced first oil production from the giant Clair Ridge project in the West of Shetland region offshore UK.

Norwegian minister of petroleum and energy, Kjell-Børge Freiberg, will start cutting the first sheet for the topside of the Johan Castberg vessel at Kværner's yard at Stord. The construction will create major ripple effects throughout Norway.
