Saipem has been awarded two new offshore contracts, one for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) project in the Black Sea and one for decommissioning activities in the North Sea. The overall value of the contracts amounts to approximately 850 million USD.

Wintershall Dea is calling for the production of low-carbon hydrogen from Norwegian natural gas in Germany. “The North Sea can be the energy hub of the future to help us master the balancing act between security of supply and climate neutrality,” says Wintershall Dea CEO Mario Mehren on the sidelines of a meeting with companies and politicians from Norway and Germany held on May 9, in Berlin, which Wintershall Dea also attended.

Orbit Communications Systems Ltd., a leading global provider of maritime and airborne SATCOM terminals, tracking ground station solutions, and mission-critical airborne audio management systems, has announced the receipt of a new order from a leading navy in Asia for OceanTRx4 satellite communication systems, the upgrade of OceanTRx7 systems, and on-board spare (OBS) and servicing for marine platforms. The total value of the order is approximately $13.6 million.
