In April Damen and Wilson Sons Estaleiros completed the conversion of platform supply vessel Fulmar to a shallow dive support vessel (SDSV). For this, the vessel, owned and operated by Wilson Sons UltraTug Offshore, need an upgrade from DP1 to DP2 Class notation.

Equinor has exercised its preferential rights to acquire an additional 22.45% interest in the Caesar Tonga oil field from Shell Offshore Inc for a total consideration of USD 965 million in cash.
