Phoenix International Relocates to New Facility

Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. (Phoenix), a worldwide underwater solutions provider, announces that their Norfolk office has been relocated to 2601 Trade St, Chesapeake, VA 23323 to accommodate company growth and provide Underwater Ship Repairs and Non-Destructive Testing for Commercial and Government clientele. At 27,000sq ft, the new facility boasts a 20’ x 10’dive tank, welding/fabrication areas, increased indoor storage of equipment, upgraded conference room and office spaces.

The new location enables research and development of underwater welding procedures, testing of underwater welding electrodes and provides in-house training for our diving and non-destructive testing personnel. This secure location is conveniently located to HWY 64, ensuring that personnel can respond rapidly to commercial clients and improves support of the NAVSEA Underwater Ship’s Husbandry contract ensuring Naval warfighting ships are quickly returned to supporting National Security and the Nation’s Maritime Mission.
