Fulkrum, a leading provider of inspection, expediting, auditing and technical staffing to the energy industry, has appointed Julie Garner as the new Coordination Manager of the Houston branch to lead regional projects and support clients in the US.
Working in the Oil and Gas industry for over 15 years, Julie has a wealth of experience in managing and coordinating projects for key leaders in the inspection industry including taking a lead role in the Chevron Wheatstone project, coordinating the majority of the testing, inspection, and certification activities.
Julie’s experience in third party, source inspection and project coordination reinforces the existing US team and the track-record that has been built over the last eight years. Her responsibilities will include managing the operations of all ongoing onshore, downstream, and midstream projects while developing new client relationships in the region and industry sector. She will also coordinate key onshore projects and accounts to support local clients.
