Advertising Information

• Preferred files are high resolution PDFs using CMYK with all fonts embedded
• Other acceptable formats include: .tif, .eps at 300dpi, & collected QuarkXpress files
• Use only process CMYK; all images, scans and colors must be CMYK, any PMS and/or RGB colors will be converted and publisher will not be held responsible for any shift in color
• Use only high resolution images/photos/art; at least 300dpi and saved as .tif or .eps
• All fonts must be embedded; unfurnished fonts will be substituted

• Compress all files and name it with an abbreviated form of your company name; DO NOT use spaces, hyphens (-), slashes (/) or ANY symbols such as : ; ! @ # $ %^&*() +

• Floppy, Zip, CD or email (6MB or less) are all acceptable media submissions
• PC or Mac platform; Mac preferred

Color: Digital files preferred, separated film (see film specifications above) accepted, color proof, match print or color key required.

A 15% discount of gross billing is offered to recognized advertising agencies only if payment is received within 30 days of invoice date. All accounts are due within 30 days of invoice. Prices quoted are U.S. dollars and payment must be made to Technology Systems Corporation in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Frequency discount is lost if invoice is not paid within 30 days. A 1.5% finance charge will be added on a per-month basis for all past due accounts.

Notice of cancellation of contract is required 30 days prior to sales deadline. Short rating ads perviously run will occur and are subject to immediate payment.
